Custom Orders - How do I know my size?

Custom Order Terms and Conditions

SPECIAL ORDERS – A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. You will have 3 days after placing a special order to cancel. After 3 days deposits are non-refundable

DEPOSIT: Non-Refundable 50% deposit is required at time of order.

RETURN POLICY: We pride ourselves in providing you with quality apparel that you will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom order, you may return within 10 days to receive store credit for a garment that meets your satisfaction. Clothing with evidence of wear or usage may not be given the full purchase price as store credit. You must contact us to request a return within 3 days of receipt of your custom order. Items must be in NEW condition and not have been worn or shown in. Also, items must be properly packaged for shipping so that no damage is created in return shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase insurance on the package. It’s Rail Time Show Clothing & Boutique is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

SHIPPING CUSTOM ORDER TO CUSTOMER: All orders are shipped at a rate of $25 per 10lbs. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped with approximate arrival time. Overnight, 2nd day and Overseas/International shipments are available at an additional cost. Saddle pads weigh 8lbs and are oversize. Shipping on the saddle pads is also $25.

SALE ITEMS: Some sale items may be ordered in your size; however, they will be at the regular retail price. All Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted. Clearance items are FINAL SALE only and will be marked appropriately.
